Class Details

Dates: Monday Mornings 8AM - 9AM, MST

September 9, 16, 23, 30, and October 7, 14

Instructor: Ranya Anabtawi

A seasoned yoga therapist with over 15 years of experience, will guide you through these sessions with compassion and a client-centered approach.

Before the First Class

Update Zoom: Ensure Zoom is updated and installed on your preferred device.

Device Prep: Keep your device charged and connected to a power source.

Camera Setup: Place your camera 6-8 feet from your mat to show your mat and body.

What to Bring

  • Yoga Mat

  • Yoga Blankets: One or two (a twin-sized tightly woven blanket will work too).

  • Throw Pillow

  • Yoga Blocks: Two blocks.

  • Yoga Strap: One 8 or 10-foot strap.

Note: These props are recommended to enhance your experience but not required. Purchase recommendations are available here.

Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent after registration.

Weekly Reminders: You'll receive a weekly reminder email with the Zoom link an hour before each class.

Missed Classes: If you miss a class, don’t worry! The sessions will be recorded and uploaded for future viewing. You'll receive the playlist link within 24 hours after each class, accessible for 60 days.
